At Custom Balloons Co Canberra, we are not able to accept returns of inflated and personalised balloon orders. Due to the balloons being perishable and individually personalised to each customer, they are not able to be reused or resold. If your items are faulty please send us a picture of the damaged item to Hello@Customballoonsco.au and we will respond to you with an alternative. If entitled to a refund this will be made on the next billing date.

If for any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel your booking, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.
