1. What days and times do you deliver/collect hire items?

Our deliveries are 7 days a week from 9am to approx. 6pm. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee timed deliveries. We cover a large area of ACT and need to design the most efficient route to get all our deliveries done asap. We collect our hire items in this time too.

2. How far in advance should I place my order?

Dates fill up quickly so we always say, the sooner the better! Booking ahead allows for us to organize exactly what you would like without missing out on any special components. This also assures you secure a spot for delivery/installation on your desired date.

3. How should I place my order?

If it is an arrangement via online store, simply checkout online.

For larger installations/something not available to purchase via our online store, submit an enquiry form via our contact page. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Please allow longer response time over the weekend as these are our busiest days of the week. Sometimes this can be outside business hours because due to the nature of the business we sometimes have our hands full with beautiful balloon creations during the day.

4. How does payment work?

Online store purchases finalized at checkout.

For large bookings/installations, our policy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date & your booking. This deposit is to be made 3 weeks prior to event. Balance to be paid 7 days prior to event.

5. Will I lose my deposit if I need to reschedule?

No! Deposit balance can be transferred to new date

6. How long will my balloons last?

Balloon float times depend on a number of factors, such as size, material, filling and attachments. Latex balloons are treated with hi float so their float time is well extended past the standard 6-8 hours. Generally, your balloons will be nice for first couple of days and will slowly lose their life

7. I want to collect my balloons, where are you located?

Yes that's not a problem. You can collect your balloons from us and save on delivery charges. We are located in Gungahlin area. Pick up details will be provided in email confirmation when you place the order on our website

8. What are your collection times?

Collections are usually between 7am-9am and 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm on Weekends *subject to change.

For deliveries outside these hours, please contact us on Hello@Customballoonsco.au. We will confirm if this time suits or discuss alternative collection arrangement.

9. Where do you deliver to? And how much does delivery cost?

We deliver to Canberra and Queanbeyan region! Depending on the size of the order we may be able to do deliveries outside of this area. If your order is outside of this region, please contact us at Hello@Customballoonsco.au before placing your order to check for availability.

Balloon deliveries costs between $20-$40 depending on distance. When you enter the delivery address it will show delivery charge for your location.
