Cancellation policy

We understand sometimes life happens and you may need to make changes or cancel your order.

All orders can easily be changed or cancelled five days before its scheduled delivery date. We require a minimum of five days notice if you wish to make any changes to your order. We are unable to offer any refunds if you request to cancel with less than five days. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non-refundable due to the fact that Custom Balloons Co Canberra has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery slot. Changes and cancellations must be made via email.
